  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with all tags, labels, and seals intact.

  • A request for return or exchange must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

  • Certain items may be non-returnable or non-exchangeable due to health, safety, or hygiene reasons. Such items will be clearly marked on the product page.

3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  • Include your order number, product details, and reason for return or exchange.

  • Our customer support team will review your request and provide instructions for returning or exchanging your item.

4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied by us.

  • We recommend using a trackable courier service. We are not responsible for items lost during return transit.

5. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

  • Shipping charges, COD fees, and promotional discounts (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Exchanges

  • If you request an exchange for the same item (different size, color, etc.), we will ship the replacement after receiving your returned item.

  • If the requested replacement is unavailable, we may issue a refund or store credit instead.

7. Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs or videos showing the issue.

  • We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
